Returns and Exchanges Policy
Since our products are highly perishable merchandise should be inspected by customer immediately upon its delivery.
If a problem exists with a perishable product, the claim must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
If it’s necessary to return or exchange the product, the buyer should also notify

All returns must be shipped to the return address indicated on the package in good condition and properly chilled with ice packs.
We reserve the right to inspect the returned products prior granting credit or refund. All returns and exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee due to the perishable nature of the merchandise.

Please note that www.perrycroftfinemeats.co.uk cannot be responsible for return shipping losses. Please allow 7 days from the time we receive your returned merchandise for your refund to be issued. Your refund may take longer to process during holiday shopping seasons.
Refunds will be issued as follows: www. perycroftfinemeats.co.uk will issue you a refund in the amount of the full price of the item excluding delivery charges on your credit or debit card.
